This takes a bit more time. For those unfamiliar with Hindi, Kachcha Channa basically means “raw chickpeas”. The time goes in soaking the dry white chickpeas, but assembling takes not more than a few minutes:
- 1 cup dry white chickpeas
- 1 ginger pod, cut into super thin cross-section slices
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 lemon
- Chopped coriander for garnishing
