I updated my bean soup recipe, basically I just polished it up to make it easier to follow.

Similarly the lamb matsaman recipe, and I'm posting a matsaman curry paste today.

Look, we've got day jobs and all sorts. Most photography on this blog is camera-top flash stuff because we're not allowed to get out the Multiblitzes every time we cook something cool. So forgive us if the snaps are workmanlike rather than inspiringly styled food porn. This is readers' wives, not Penthouse...
