Get it whilst it's hot!





Kicking off this week’s BBQ extravaganza Alexander and I will be lighting the blue touch paper under that hoary old chestnut; the great gas versus charcoal debate.

I will be pleading the case for gas and Alexander for charcoal. If anyone else wants to throw their two pennies worth into the ring please feel free to do so!

Following on from this post Alexander and I will be writing about marinades, grilling, excellent dishes to serve alongside cremated meat and all matters of things to do with BBQ’s. This is the season, it’s time to dust down the Weber , or in my case THE BEEFEATER, scrape off the residues from last years cooking and get that thing fired up!
