It gives me a reaction similar to having had 5 espressos and a couple of red bulls in a short space of time (or what I imagine it would feel like since I haven't actually tried!). I get the shaes, clammy, palpitations and major anxiety - followed by the worse headache and nause ever. Nice stuff. I don't think I am alone either - when I ask people they often say the same.Shereenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12994144608343088477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4663901912270935739.post-2076851212166640752011-04-04T21:30:52.220+04:002011-04-04T21:30:52.220+04:00Excessive salt, sugar and MSG, sure: AVOID! E-numbers, not necessarily bad - it's only a system for identifying various substances (and you'd be stuffed if you stopped consuming E948 and E949). Tartrazine (the yellow food colouring that drives some kids crazy) should be banned.Keefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04820411415545249138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4663901912270935739.post-31246572557813166382011-03-24T17:48:25.839+04:002011-03-24T17:48:25.839+04:00i hate to say that...but u r totttaly right !!!!!i hate to say that...but u r totttaly right !!!!!AJ.Salmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13860354117683807238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4663901912270935739.post-74651450639190061352011-03-22T10:20:42.036+04:002011-03-22T10:20:42.036+04:00Very interesting and thought provoking post, thank...Very interesting and thought provoking post, thank you. My own way of avoiding these things is very simple - i try to stick to one basic rule, that is 'nothing from a packet'. Muddy carrots, fish from a slab, everything from first principles wherever I can. Cooking is one of life's greatest pleasures!EyeOnDubaihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09599441309027509658noreply@blogger.com
